This video explains how refunds work on Bachat Buddies and how BB Cash is issued when you cancel eligible items. If your plans change and you no longer want an item, you can cancel it before it expires and receive BB Cash, which can be used on future purchases.

When Can You Request a Refund?
If changed your mind and no longer want an item:
- Go to your Cart.
- Toggle the Delete/Refund button.
- Select the items you want to cancel.
Important: This must be done before the item expires from the cart.
What Happens After Cancellation?
When you cancel eligible items:
- The selected items are deleted.
- You receive refunds in the form of BB Cash.
- Your Account page shows the updated BB Cash balance.
Only store credits (the credits you paid for) qualify for BB Cash refunds.
What Is BB Cash?
BB Cash is a balance credited to your account when eligible items are refunded. It can be used instead of credits for certain purchases inside the app.
How to Use BB Cash
- Go to the Flash Deals page.
- Filter the brands you’re interested in.
- Select an item.
- If you have BB Cash available, you don’t need to use credits.
- Place your order.
In the example shown, the item required 8 credits as an access fee, but BB Cash was used instead.
