Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation by Bachat Buddies

Bachat Buddies may cancel an order if:

• The address provided is wrong or falls outside the delivery zone.
• There is a lack of information or authorization at the time of delivery.
• Some or all items are unavailable when the order is processed.

Customer-initiated cancellations

An order for physical goods cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched. In that case, return the items after delivery by following the Returns policy. For exceptional cases, contact us.

• Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 business days
• Net Banking: 5–7 business days
• Wallet: 0–3 business days
• UPI: 2–4 business days

Please note

• Refunds are made through the same payment mode used for purchase.
• Bachat Buddies makes the final decision on the refund amount and when it is generated.
• Purchases delivered electronically (shopping vouchers, gift cards, store credits) cannot be cancelled once issued.

Steps to cancel

Log in with the same ID used to place the order, then write to us. An order can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once it is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled in the app, though it may be marked cancelled with the delivery associate at the door.

BB Cash

You receive BB Cash if, after accessing a deal with Store Credit, you delete the item from your Cart within the time provided. A service fee applies. If the item is no longer in your Cart (expired offer, order initiated, etc.), refunds are not possible.

• BB Cash expires in 2 months if not used
• BB Cash is not refundable
• BB Cash has no cash value
