Easy returns

If the product is defective, damaged, the wrong item, or an item is missing, arrange return pick-up within 2 business days.

Return pick-up

• Write to customer service at the email in the app and we will guide next steps.
• Keep a copy of the invoice highlighting items being returned.
• Return shipments are trackable using the tracking ID on the receipt.
• It usually takes 24–48 hours for us to receive the item back. You will get email confirmation.

Self-return

If pick-up is unavailable in your area, return the package with the required documents using any courier of your choice.

Please note

• Certain items are non-returnable; the item page will say so. Also read the Refunds policy.
• Return the product in original condition with all accessories.
• Replacement or refund starts only after inspection of the returned item.
• Items you no longer need must be new, unopened, with original packing, tags, literature, warranty card, freebies and accessories.
