The following Terms & Conditions apply to the relationship between Bachat Buddies (Revmax Technologies Private Limited) and the end user (“You” or “Your”).

• Your agreement includes these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
• Bachat Buddies means the website www.bachatbuddies.com, microsites, landing pages, and mobile applications owned and operated by Revmax Technologies Private Limited.
• By using Bachat Buddies’ services, you accept these Terms. They constitute the entire agreement between you and Bachat Buddies.
• Bachat Buddies may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Eligibility

Bachat Buddies services are only available in India and items purchased can only be delivered within India. By using this site or the services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

Rules of Conduct

You are fully responsible for all content, conduct, postings and transmissions made under your account, and must comply with this agreement and all applicable laws.

• Do not infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or of Bachat Buddies.
• Do not use robots, scrapers or other automated means to access the service.
• Do not use the service for unpermitted commercial purposes.
• Do not damage, hack, or interfere with the service.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity, or post unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or harmful content.
• Install the app only from Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

Fees and Payments

All prices on Bachat Buddies are in Indian Rupees. Bachat Buddies offers UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards through payment gateway partners.

• Store Credit top-ups are non-refundable and expire after 1 year (expiry currently waived).
• BB Cash can be used to access Flash Deals. It is issued when you delete an unwanted cart item within the allowed time, and expires in 2 months if unused.
• Bachat Buddies may add a service fee; any fee is shown on screen before you confirm.
• In a payment failure where your account was debited, Bachat Buddies does not control the refund timeline of your bank or payment provider.

Intellectual property

The Service and all its content are protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You will not remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices on the Service.

One account per user

Each individual may create and manage only one account. Multiple accounts are not a fair practice. Bachat Buddies may suspend accounts, restrict participation, or deduct a service fee of 20–30% before issuing refunds in repeat cases. Bachat Buddies’ assessment is final.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bachat Buddies, its officers, directors, employees or agents shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Bachat Buddies and its affiliates from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of a third party’s rights.

Termination

We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Service, with or without cause and without prior notice. You may cancel your account by contacting Bachat Buddies.

Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. You agree that any action relating to this agreement shall be brought in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
