How refunds are processed after a return or eligible cancellation.
Refund process
An order cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Return the items after delivery using the Returns policy. Once we receive the shipment, we initiate a refund within 2 business days.
- Electronic payments are typically processed in 2–4 business days after we have the required bank details, where needed.
- Mixed payments are refunded through the same modes used.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method unless you request credit/reward points where available.
Expired payment method
If the original card is no longer valid, contact us for further assistance. We may issue a demand draft in some cases.
No cancellation or refund on electronic goods
Purchases delivered electronically to your account — shopping vouchers, gift cards, store credits — cannot be cancelled.
BB Cash
BB Cash is issued when you delete an eligible cart item within the allowed time after using Store Credit. A service fee applies. It expires in 2 months, is not refundable, and has no cash value.
